Project Description

This project is built using React Native.
It has the following features:
  • Allows LandLord to add apartments together with their respective rooms
  • Allows Landords to update tentant's balances
  • Allows LandLords to see Total month rents collected and arrears
  • Allows Landords to send whatsapp reminder messages to tenants
  • Adds rent to each tenant on the begining of each month
  • keeps Track of over payments and also Balances are added to new months rent
  • Allows LandLords to manage multiple apartments from one place
